Saleback terms of service
Effective 3 October 2026. These terms are between Kehr & Co. LLC (“we”) and the business that installs Saleback on its Shopify store (“you”).
The service
Saleback changes product prices in your Shopify store on a schedule you set, and changes them back when each sale ends. You decide what goes on sale, the discount and the timing. Saleback shows you a preview of every sale price before a sale is scheduled, on screen or as a spreadsheet. When the sale starts, sale prices are worked out again from your prices at that moment.
Your responsibilities
- Check the preview before scheduling a sale. If you change a price before the sale starts, the sale price is worked out from your new price.
- End or cancel running sales before uninstalling. Once uninstalled, Shopify removes the app’s access and it can no longer restore prices. The app’s How it works page and the recovery CSV explain how to recover.
- Follow the law that applies to your pricing and promotions, including rules about reference prices and “was” prices.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, every 30 days, at the price shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store listing when you subscribe. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan from the Plan page at any time; Shopify handles any proration. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice in the app.
Availability
We work to start and end every sale on time. If Shopify is unavailable or limits requests, Saleback retries automatically and shows any sale that needs your attention. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, and we aren’t responsible for delays caused by Shopify, your hosting, or events outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Saleback is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us for Saleback in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages, including from prices that were set as you scheduled them.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Saleback at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment. What happens to your data is covered by the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Saleback after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
